Actually everything was perfect, my next choice again in Lewisville. My room was well priced thanks to the exceptionally kind staff. Liked the room with a couch, my bed was quiet. The location was favourable and convenient, within a close distance from Electric Cowboy.

I got a reasonably priced and brand-new room with a couch. The location was comfortable and nice for me...

Three light fixtures were falling out of the walls, rust was all over any doorway and was exposed behind the wall plaster. There was water dripping from the ceiling or light fixture above the air conditioner. My nephew, who is a baby, had BLACK tops of his feet due to crawling on the floor for 10 minutes. All of the furniture was scraped and worn, and the bathroom did not make me want to use it. The outside of the hotel was VERY deceiving. We got our refund when asked.

The young lady at the front desk went beyond in attending to the request we had.
The iron the first one didn't work well and the second one was burned or stain on the sole plate so I didn't use the second one. The first I was able to use with difficulty. I didn't mentioned to the young lady at the front desk about the iron that she brought the second time. I didn't want to seem like I was complaining or making a fuss about.

The person at the check in counter was very pleasant and helpful.
The room and bathroom were dirty, hair in the sink, hair mixed with clumps of dust in the tub, tiles broken and laying on the bathroom floor, smoke detector missing and wires hanging from the ceiling, bathroom counter was covered with dried spots of something making it obvious it had not been cleaned, lots of damage to the items in the room, counters and walls that were so poorly repaired it made the room look like on of those hotel rooms you see on TV that you would rent by the hour with a prostitute. No headboard or footboard, just a mattress and box spring on a frame in the middle of the room. The 2nd floor hallway smelled like someone was smoking something or burning something other than cigarettes in one of the rooms and a broken mattress or box spring was leaned up against the wall. When I was going to my room after checking in, I was almost knocked over on the stairs by a middle aged Mexican man that was extremely intoxicated. It was a terrible experience and my last stay ever at any Econo Lodge & Suites. If I wasn't so tired from driving 12 hours, I probably would have been more alert and realized what I had gotten myself into and I would have left immediately. Instead, I got up the next morning and saw what I had spent the night in and was scared that I would end up with lice, scabies or bedbugs so I bagged my clothes up, showered the best I could and left immediately. It was that disgusting!

The TV
The air conditioning did not work they came in bootleg fixed it.. the water did not get hot had to take a cold shower.. I was in a non-smoking room and they gave me linen that smell like smoke.. also had drug addicts hanging around. Car not safe the addicts like to hang on to your car put the things on your car. And they have old broke down cars parked in the lot

would definitely visit it again
The queen room was clean and had nice amenities like a microwave, refrigerator, and cable channels. The bed was super comfortable and housekeeping did a great job coming by daily. Located near i-35 made getting around really easy. There were some good restaurants nearby.

The price of one night.
Not a very nice or comfy place to stay!

The staff was nice, but that was the only things that was nice about this place.
The room was disgusting. Two of the light fixtures were broken. One of the broken light fixtures was taped to the ceiling. The crazy part is, it was taped to the ceiling directly above your head as you laid in bed! There was no cover for the tank of the toilet and there was a hole in the bathroom door. I can only upload 3 pictures, but I have a total of 7 pictures of disgusting thing in the room. The place is in need of a major remodeling. By the way bring your own alarm clack because there are not any in the rooms.

I like that the first staff member gave me two beds for a decent price knowing that I did have a fourth month old! Too bad I didn't get his name but he was a really great guy!
I didn't like the service, I had to ask to get my room cleaned the 4 days I was there on top of that they raised my price 7 extra dollars because it was the weekend. they had really bad access to the hotel, took forever to clean my room on top of that the price you pay sucks because you don't get much for what you pay. I was really disappointed. Not thinking about staying there again I would rather pay 70 dolalrs elsewhere where I can get more and get my room cleaned better and when it needs to be not having to ask everyday.

Convenient Location with Clean Rooms
I enjoyed my stay as the location was perfectly close to I-35 and nearby restaurants. The queen room was clean, and the comfort of the bed was a highlight for me. Housekeeping was consistent. The breakfast options could use improvement as they were quite limited.

Was located where I could stay for a quick stop.
The hallway smelled heavy of smoke, paint peeling off walls, lighting in bathroom was no brighter than a night light, carpet was thread bare in entrance to bath. Only 1/3 of toilet tissue was available in room, no tissue in dispenser. Also, many service buttons on phone were missing.
